Tim Kemp holds a degree in Marine Biology and a Masters in Environmental Resource Assessment from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He specialised in the assessment of lead bioavailability at a former lead smelting works on the banks of the Tyne. On completion of his Msc., Tim spent more than two years working as a contaminated land and groundwater consultant in the UK. He has experience in Phase I and II geo-environmental site investigations and has supervised the remediation of a number of sites with hydrocarbon, cyanide and heavy metal contamination issues. Tim’s current specialisations include Environmental Impact Assessment, oil spill contingency planning, due diligence environmental assessments and carrying out applications for consent (PON applications). Although predominantly working in the UK, Tim has also worked for clients in Albania and Yemen. |
