Stephen Arthur
Has a background in data analysis, web design, and technical writing. Mr. Arthur is currently working with the Exxon Neftegas Limited Sakhalin 1 Project's Regulatory Group. He has worked as a consultant to Honeywell, Chevron Chemical, Dowell-Schlumberger, Lyondell-Citgo, and Equistar Chemical. He received an award from Compaq Computer Corporation for designing and implementing a project tracking and analysis database for their eCommerce team. As a contractor with Exxon Production Research, he developed a departmental intranet site, as well as an online help manual for use with company software applications. While working for Houston-based Information Development, Inc., he developed a company web site for display at the COMDEX convention. Mr. Arthur is a member of the HTML Writers' Guild and the Internet Professional Publishers' Association.
