Roger Charles
Roger Charles has an honours degree in environmental sciences with experience largely in the oil and gas industry.  Roger spent a number of years as an HSE consultant in South East Asia gaining experience in HSE management and engineering within the construction, manufacturing and petrochemical industries. On returning to the UK he joined Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR) Energy and Chemicals Division supporting ConocoPhillips SNS LOGGS onshore and offshore operations and then the Government and Infrastructure Division on a number of national and international infrastructure projects. Since Joining RBA he has been seconded to a number of small and large operators as an in-house HSE resource in Europe and Africa focusing on regulatory compliance and HSE management systems. Prior to joining RBA his work has been involved with the post tsunami rehabilitation and reconstruction effort in Sri Lanka focusing on water sanitation and construction of permanent houses.

Roger is an IRCA registered lead auditor with a NEBOSH general certificate in Occupational safety management. He has gained HSE compliance audits, training and management systems experience offshore and in onshore refineries and has a UKOOA medical and BOSIET certification.
