John Blanchard
Is an environmental biologist and agronomist by training and has over 20 years of experience in international consulting. He has conducted environmental studies and assessments and oil spill contingency planning for the oil industry, for operations in Bulgaria, Cambodia, Romania, Ireland, Indonesia, Italy, the Middle East, North and West Africa and the North Sea. He also has experience in land management and onshore environmental protection issues, where he has worked on both private and EEC/World Bank funded projects, in the UK, Switzerland, Italy, Pakistan, Albania, Saudi Arabia, Laos, and Bangladesh. Mr. Blanchard is a Chartered Biologist.
