has over 30 years experience of managing Quality, Environment, Safety, and Security for major companies such as MoD, British Steel, British Gas, Conoco, and Lasmo within the nuclear, military, process and oil and gas industries;Has worked both in the UK and internationally (including Venezuela, Colombia, USA, Canada, Holland, Italy, Algeria, Libya, Yemen, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia); Experienced in a wide range of HSES risk assessment studies including: reliability and availability studies; HAZIDS, HAZOPS, Safety / Environmental / Security risk assessments; Safety Case development; Managed HSES audits and reviews; Developed and implemented HSES, CSR and Quality Management Systems; Developed and implemented Emergency Response plans and trained personnel in their use; A Fellow of the Safety and Reliability Society, he has published papers on business risk, structural inspection, and availability assessment.
