Forrest Frazier
is
a Marine Biologist/Oceanographer by training, and has over 20 years
of experience in the health, safety and environmental field of the Oil
and Gas Industry. He has a broad knowledge of EHS management systems,
hazard assessment, training, emergency response and auditing. He is
a registered Environmental Manager (REM) and a certified Environmental
Auditor (CEA) by the National Association of Environmental Professionals.
His past experience includes managing the environmental affairs for
Amoco's Europe, Latin American and far East operations; the development
and management of Amerada Hess's onshore environmental programs for
North America; and managing the environmental concerns for Plains Resources
oil and gas operations in such sensitive areas as the Sabine Wildlife
Refuge, Florida Everglades, and downtown Beverly Hills California. Mr.
Frazier was a member of Amoco's corporate audit team that conducted
reviews of not only oil and gas operations but also, coal mining, chemical/refineries,
and textile mills. He is best known for his development and implementation
of an award winning Environmental Training series, developed for all
levels of employees from upper management to field operator. His most
recent work has been with Oracle Software Company assisting in the development
of an environmental, health and safety management application for large
or small corporations. He has also worked with Oracle University as
project manager for the development of web based training.
