Dawn Duncan
graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Environmental Science & Technology from RGU University; 20 years work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. This has involved working directly for Oil & Gas Operators or within the Environmental Consultancy Industry. During this time I have represented several companies on industrial committees and forum. Environmental Consultancy experience includes Project Managing; Contract Management; the design, implementation and auditing of Environmental Management System including the writing of procedures, the preparation and associated training; Environmental Data Management including setting up of databases, compliance reporting, and environmental monitoring; Preparation of Environmental Statements (UK & International) including Environmental risk and impact assessment, and preparation of Oil Spill Contingency Plans, Integrated Pollution Prevention Plan (IPPC) application; COMAH review and revision; lecturing of MSc Environmental Engineering modules at RGU University; involvement in EU Emission Trading Scheme (EU ETS); Regulatory analysis and compliance experience for Oil & Gas Industry and the Shipping Industry covering both UK and International arena.
