Has over ten years experience in onshore / offshore, fuels, lube, chemical and utility plant and process. Experienced in project phases, from design, through to construction and commissioning in onshore and offshore environments. Ashley has trade certificates in Process Plant Operations and Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience as an HSE Representative in both management and workgroup positions. His HSE experience has involved Safety Management Systems, Formal Safety Studies, Risk / Hazard analysis and mitigation (including Hazop's and Hazid's), Safety Case Development (Plant, Platform, ASV and Pipelines), Legislative and Major Hazardous Facilities compliance, Fire and Emergency Management, HSE Issue Resolution, development of policies, procedures, and associated training, Regulatory Interface, Auditing, Permit to Work Systems, as well as providing advice on Safety and Emergency equipment selection.
