Glen McKinney CSP
Is a Board Certified Safety Professional with over 25 years of operational and HSE experience in oil and gas E&P operations. Mr. McKinney has a B.S. degree in Business Management and an A.S. degree in Petroleum Technology and has acted in the capacity as Project/Operations Manager, HSE Advisor and Industrial Hygiene Specialist. He has operational experience in project construction, commissioning, operations and decommissioning, as well as, providing on-site and corporate HSE and Industrial Hygiene support to similar projects. His experience in HSE includes hazard and risk assessments, comprehensive HSE compliance audits and the development of HSE procedures, manuals and training materials, as well as, conducting training programs. In the role of IH Specialist he managed all industrial hygiene activities and programs corporate-wide covering 1200+ employees, all office facilities, plants, and production facilities in 7 states in the USA, and 50+ offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico. He remains active in supporting and conducting IH assessments and surveys for offshore and onshore operations. Mr. McKinney has strong expertise in the area of HSE compliance in both the assessment capacity and program/plan development area, and has experience in company support of HSE litigation and critical response.
